Awarded in 2020 The Phoenician Resort and Spa are constructing eight new single-story structures consisting of 20 luxury suites. Each of the eight new structures will have 2-3 bedroom units totaling 21,000 square feet. The suite will have a full-size kitchen in the main living room and a jacuzzi tub on the exterior patio. The adjacent public amenity area will include a new community pool, spa/jacuzzi, public restrooms and an outdoor bar.
