Project Summary:

Starting in 2012 our team has been a constant force behind the upgrades throughout the expansive property that sits right on the Marina adjacent to the charming Seaport Village. The most recent project was part of the Hyatt Transformational Capitol Program which consists of the renovation of 1,628 guestrooms through a carefully phased construction plan with no disruption to guest experience. Upgrades were also made to the massive 255,000 SF of meeting space platform, including conversion of a vacant spa into functional conference areas. Modernizations to the fitness center and pool amenities, including a new pool deck, stage, chaises, and a 64,000 SF outdoor game lawn with shade sails provided a much needed lift to enhance the guest experience. The total project budget for this 3 year endeavor was $213M.
