Over a 15-year partnership, MA&A has delivered more than $225M in renovations across this flagship resort, modernizing 1,365 guestrooms, public spaces, dining venues, vertical transportation, and pool areas. The work also included a 280,000 SF ballroom expansion, with MA&A now leading a second round of renovations due to the success of earlier phases.

Over the past decade, MA&A has guided multiple major transformations at this five-star resort, including a $124M guestroom and public space renovation, a complete spa rebuild, athletic club expansion, and extensive meeting space upgrades. Current work includes new luxury villas and resort amenities, continuing MA&A’s long-term partnership in elevating the property’s guest experience.

MA&A led a comprehensive renovation touching every area of the hotel, including guestrooms, 72,000 SF of ballrooms and meeting space, and a fully reimagined lobby bar and restaurant with indoor-outdoor lake views. The transformation also introduced a new main-level kitchen, private dining room, and state-of-the-art meeting spaces overlooking Lady Bird Lake.

MA&A led a $213M, multi-year transformation of this iconic waterfront property, including the phased renovation of 1,628 guestrooms, 255,000 SF of meeting space, and extensive outdoor amenities, all delivered without disrupting guest experience. The scope also included fitness and pool upgrades, a new game lawn, and conversion of a former spa into functional conference space.
