Project Summary:

The renovation of the Hyatt Regency Capitol Hill was a comprehensive, property-wide transformation spanning two years, from initial design through final construction, and completed in 2025. Guestrooms (840 Keys) – Full soft-goods and case-goods renovation, including tub-to-shower conversions, expanded bathrooms, and new entry door installations. Lobby – Complete replacement of all finishes, installation of new reception desks, and a new revolving door. The bar and restaurant were fully repositioned and renovated. Fitness Center – Upgraded with new finishes and completely new equipment. Ballroom & Meeting Spaces (50,000 SF) – Fully renovated, featuring all new soft goods, custom millwork, updated lighting with advanced dimming controls, and state-of-the-art audio/visual systems.
