Project Summary:

From 2010–2025, we have completed $225M worth of major renovations throughout the entire property, including softgood and casegood upgrades to 1,365 guestrooms, meeting space modernization, lobby and entrance improvements, kitchen renovations, elevator upgrades, a new 22,000 SF restaurant, and pool area enhancements. The PIP also added two 80,000 SF ballrooms, creating the 280,000 SF Marriott Hall expansion. Due to the success our team has had we are grateful to have the opportunity to continue renovating all of these spaces a second time over the next 2 years.
