Project Summary:

Our team is managing a comprehensive hospitality renovation across multiple property areas to enhance guest experience and operational performance. We led the accelerated conversion of 16 hospitality suites into 1-bedroom parlor suites to maximize owner and operator ROI. Directed design, preconstruction, and construction of over 175,000 SF of meeting space, including new finishes, full dimming system replacement, ceiling modifications with integrated millwork, and new millwork portals at ballrooms. We oversaw full casegoods and bathroom renovations for 1,190 guestrooms, including tub-to-shower conversions and early model room completion. We have managed pool renovations, including new pool bar, permanent cabanas, and landscape enhancements, and guided conceptual design for lobby, restaurant, bar, and terrace upgrades.
